What is it?

Up to 12 women coming together with a common intention:  to dive deeply into themselves and discover more of who they are, shifting their perspectives to engage life in new, creative and authentic ways.  The overarching theme of these gatherings is: Leading from your essence.  

These conversations focus the awareness on the level of CHOICE from our essential Selves in each moment, rather than continuing to unconsciously and\or habitually re-create the story that was born out of past experiences. 

The point of entry for these conversations is each individual’s experiences as it relates to meaningful circumstances in their lives. 

What is the intent and invitation?

The intent is to offer women a series of conversations as invitations to consider and embody new ways of moving through the world.  From these fresh perspectives, the participants engage with themselves and others in a way that taps into the potential to create a unique, dynamic and evolving manifestation of leadership.

Indeed, these conversations invite a consideration of leadership beyond the level of existing strategies (doing) to an authentic expression of leadership at the Identity level (being).   

A series of frameworks and processes will bring the conversations inside and outside of ourselves into a context where transformation becomes possible, through a shift in mindset and a direct experience of what is moving inside of us.

What format will these conversations take?

The group coaching consists of five full days of emergent and organic coaching conversations, one day a month, over a five month period. 

A framework for inquiry allows the conversations to move to more expansive levels, where new perspectives and possibilities are discovered.   Participants’ experiences are used as a platform for personal coaching, group interventions and teachings.

  •  Who/what is leading me
  • Leadership as an expression of my unfolding, authentic identity
  •  Who am I? - exploration of the signature of your essence
  •  What do I really want? – exploring surface and deeper motivations
  •  Me in conversation: connection with Self and others
  •  Connecting for influence
  •  Expanding my perspective to see new possibilities
  •  What is truth and its place in the expression of authentic leadership
  • Seeing others as their essence and engaging from that perspective

What is the timeframe?

One day every four weeks from November 2013 and March 2014 in a beautiful setting at the Nordik Spa in Chelsea, Quebec (15 minutes from Ottawa).  http://www.lenordik.com/.  Participants receive a 15% discount on the baths at the end of each day. 

Dates are as follows: November 14th, December 12th, January 10th, February 7th and March 7th.  

Who will be facilitating?

These conversations will be facilitated by Annick Chénier, founder and principal of Merlia Coaching and Consulting.  Annick is a psychotherapist and CODE Model Coach ™, from the WEL-Systems Institute. 

Annick has worked in the field of personal and leadership development for the past 17 years and is known for her ability to create contexts for provocative and transformative conversations.

If you are highly committed to living an authentic life and are willing to engage and stay in the tough and meaningful conversations that will guide you beyond your existing strategies for living, these conversations are for you. 

You must be willing to commit to the full 5 sessions, as the experiences build on one another. 

Investment:

The investment for this experience is:
$180 + GST/day or $900.00 + GST for the 5 days.
